Secure parking at the hotel eases the burden of finding space in the city. The room offered stunning views across the River Mersey, making the stay much more enjoyable.
The shower lacked sufficient hot water in both rooms during our stay, which was a letdown. the bathroom in one of the rooms appeared smaller, making it feel a bit cramped.

the view was lovely, but I was appalled by the absence of a hairdryer—such a basic amenity, really. I also couldn't believe no one bothered to mention the stairs to my room! I expected a special treat like a room upgrade, yet here I am, just another guest, regrettably digging deep to write this review, once again.

fantastic breakfast but minor housekeeping issues
The breakfast selection was truly outstanding. it was freshly prepared and offered plenty of choices to start the day. Our hosts provided excellent service, treating every guest like close friends while sharing invaluable tips for exploring the area. The ferry access made it easy to enjoy breathtaking river views and reach nearby attractions effortlessly.
I noticed a lack of a hairdryer in the room, which is a basic amenity expected in most accommodations.

Just a great fit for a walk in the evening in Birkenhead with good value for price. The guy at reception even arranged a taxi for me the next day, which was super helpful. Bring some snacks if you want extra options for breakfast.

the liver view b&b was super cozy and the owners were the friendliest people! breakfast was cooked fresh and was just beautifull. location was a breeze for getting to liverpool, and they helped us with all the transport tips. room was nice and clean, felt right at home. it was great that they kept the price the same even tho other places were raising theirs.
only issue was that the walk from the ferry could be a bit confusing with luggage. also, no hairdryer in the room was a letdown.

We had a lovely time visiting the ferry crossing with my daughter. The breakfast was a standout, and David's friendly service made us feel welcome. Our room had a stunning view of Liverpool’s skyline that we all enjoyed.
My wife says that the walk from the station could be confusing with kids.
